Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements for clients across multiple industry sectors

Perform and review general ledger account reconciliations

Develop and maintain quality relationships with clients and staff

Review staff work product while providing constructive feedback and identifying staff developmental needs

Assist managers and partners in developing ideas to help clients with operational and control opportunities
-
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to time management for various client accounts and deadlines

Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by supervisor
Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Experience with managing a variety of assignments simultaneously while tracking and completing necessary follow-up

Successful experience supervising and mentoring staff

Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
-
Proficiency in various accounting software packages including Quickbooks, Sage, MS Excel and Word
