Responsibilities:

Prepare all sections of an audit with minimal supervision, supervise the preparation of less complicated sections of an audit, and assume primary responsibility in the preparation of financial statements

Develop and maintain quality relationships with clients and staff

Review staff work product while providing constructive feedback and identifying staff developmental needs

Assist managers and partners in developing ideas to help clients with operational and control opportunities, client presentations and selling opportunities

Develop skills to attract new clients and market the company's services and products and facilitate expansion of business with existing clients
Qualifications:

3 - 7 years of recent audit experience in public accounting

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

CPA or be a CPA candidate

Experience working with clients in the energy, construction, manufacturing, distribution and non-profit industries

Successful experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements

Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

Experience with ProSystems fx Engagement and KnowledgeCoach audit software applications is a plus, but not required
